VANS

Born in 1966 under the name The Van Doren Rubber Company the brand launched the Vans Authentic as its first model. In 1976 the Vans Era was the first shoe explicitly designed for skateboarding. With its signature, vulcanized waffle sole it became a big success in the skatescene. In the following years Vans brought out other classics like the Old Skool, Sk8-Hi, Slip-On and Half Cab. All these models are still popular today and new pro model shoes like the Rowley, Crockett (low and high), Ave Pro or Berle Pro complete the current Vans Skate line.
